Region of vehicle operation

Now, unfortunately, in our car rental it is impossible to return the car to another city. Neither in Samara, nor in Penza, nor even in Engels.
Please note: within the Saratov region You are moving absolutely freely, without any daily limits and additional payments.
For travel outside the Saratov region, the rental agreement requires a corresponding note and an additional fee of €10 for each day of the car outside the Saratov region.
The surcharge of €10 per day is unconditional for any model of the car.

In addition, we will hold fines sent by traffic police cameras, if any.

Car delivery / transfer to the car
On weekdays, from 8:00 to 20:00, we are ready to deliver the car for free to any address in the city of Saratov, including to stations and to the airport, or to arrange a free transfer to the car.
Free delivery or free transfer is possible when renting a car for more than three days. If the rental period is less than or you need to deliver the car outside working hours (at any time of the night), the service charge will be €10.
When ordering car delivery, consider the condition of the road and the weather.
It is not always possible to get absolutely clean. In addition, some fuel is required for delivery.
If you need an uncompromisingly clean and refueled car, we are waiting for you in our office.

In our car rental there are no "working weeks" of tariffs, "weekend" tariffs, etc. - everything is extremely simple and transparent.
Hourly rental without a driver is available only for owners of our discount cards. For all others, the minimum rental period is 24 hours.

The Terms of car rent
The second and the next day can be divided into 4 parts. This allows our guests to more flexibly calculate the rental time. You do not overpay for the whole day, if the car you need to pass earlier.
In other words, you can take a car, for example, for 30 hours, paying only a quarter of the daily cost, rather than the full cost of the day.
Transfer or refund process
The process of transfer / return of the car must be fixed on video. The video is uploaded on our YouTube channel in a limited way. When you return the car, you can always refer to this video.

Rental car insurance
We are ready to offer you several insurance options, differing in terms and price.

All this goes beyond this amount - the insurance company pays. In other words, the insurance company pays for serious damages, but for yourself, you yourself. If nothing happens to the car - you save, as the franchise returns.
Pay attention: insurance against damage to the wheels of the car is a separate option.
